I am constructing a Murphy Moose SR 3500 aircraft.  We are calling it a Blue Bear since we have significantly changed the safety/construction problems the Murphy factory created.  As of November, 2006, the wings are on, the tail is on, the M14P engine is hung, and the controls are done.  The aircraft is being worked on in the hangar at Driggs, ID (KDIJ).

If you are in the Eastern Idaho/Jackson Hole area, give me a call and I would be glad to show you what we have done.

Although we are realistically a year or two away, my absolute deadline is to have it finished in time for Arthur to solo--about March, 2011!

This is my open letter to Darryl Murphy, owner of Murphy Aircraft, detailing the deficiencies of his company, some of the false marketing statements, and lack of acknowledgement of safety problems in the Super Rebel/Moose.  He has failed (not unexpected) to respond.
